Flying taxi start-up hires designer behind modern Mini, Fiat 500

Came across this firm last year, their concept is brilliant! Well worth taking a look at. As they are not using rotor blades the vehicle is much more compact than the other designs I have seen (Airbus Vahana probably the best of the rest) allowing landing/take off in smaller areas eg car park or top of office building. Fun to see how this develops.

Would they fly near ground along the road when getting close to the airport?
