By robotizing the kids who pass Todai's (or any university's) entrance exam, Japan's education system has proven to be decades ahead of the brainy folks at Fujitsu.

Whats next? Robots going to university everyday?? Mom, I got new robot classmate. LOL. No wonder if Terminators bring real doomsday to human world. One just cannot ignore those possibilities.

The instructors had better make sure the robot or its handlers don't cheat. Just give it one pencil and an eraser like its counterparts and see what it can thereafter.

Fujitsu is another company to soon follow Sharp in either being bought up by a non-Japanese company or going bankrupt.

There's an exam question their robot would fail on. Mind you, it could probably pass the national university entrance exam as all that requires is a knowledge of facts.

Reasoning and knowledge is not sufficient. Design them to work connected to networks, teach them arrogance. And they'll get closer to humans.
