They already have that app. Insulin monitoring too, You have to "touch" the device but that's really nothing compared to the stuff doctors had like 15 years ago.

and you phone will be able to communicate.. with other smart phones and gossip behind your back or your wife can get information on where you are and who you are with and if you like some hot chick at the sushi bar .. instead.. how about a damn phone that has a solar panel so I dont run out of juice when stuck under my car in an accident or stranded in Hokkaido in a snow storm..
