US wonder why we have a migration problem,if we concentrated in our hemisphere, helping Latin American instead of Asia and Europe,we would not have this border problem

If we can't even keep Mexico from being a basket case, there is no way we are going to be able to help countries even further down the development spectrum. Ukraine has shown a capability to survive economically if it can just be protected from terrorist attack.

The problem is that renewable technology will just be stolen by the autocracy brigade like everything else. The biggest advantage probably is in ending a dependency on OPEC and Russia for easy carbon.
