Got one of these invites already today. Don't use google much and didn't recognize the name of the sender. No relevant information in the invite either. Don't be fooled.
Easily avoided, unless you use G-Docs or other google stuff. Then the only solution is not to click and don't be tricked into logging into your different google account(s).

I use Google Docs extensively, but have yet to see this particular spam. It tries to get you to enter your credentials?
When in doubt, use an alternative browser with no login credentials. Any shared Google Doc will either be a link open to anyone - so the link will work without needing to login, and anything shared specifically to you, will show up automatically in your Google Drive.
