Living like you do today is not compatible with the crisis of climate change. Flying, food transport, plastics, air conditioning, etc., will all need to stop. Although damage done to date will be hundreds of years before it recovers.

In my opinion, the biggest factor is the no. of people on that flight. If the flight is nearly full, the fuel consumption per person will be good.
