or... for every person online under our surveillance, there are still two who are not. If they planned to cover only US then it is matter of local laws but they are talking after Afghanistan and other part of the world, well I am kind of disliking the idea of those imposed Google balloon flying over the word with the possibility to beam (intercept?) ,what god only knows what, down to earth... to be honest.

What a wonder service for millions of people in remote areas! Clearly, it will upset the establishments. That would make the technology looks easy in comparison with fighting the establishments.

Back to the main topic, if there are going to be more and more of these (with a life of what, five years each?), I would not be too happy at the thought of sagging balloons on parachutes dropping out of the sky in front of any plane I might be flying on...
