Google Mini captures top spot in connected speaker market: survey

There's an old saying that states "people that live in glass houses shouldn't throw rocks". There was also a saying back during World War Two that "loose lips sink ships". I wonder how long it will take for a new saying about living in a world of allowing eavesdropping for the sake of convenience.?

Most people today assume that when you're in public, you should probably watch how you behave because you never know who could be watching and listening to what you're saying or doing. What you do in the privacy of your home is your business but you might be liable if what you say in public is heard by the wrong people which can now also happen with devices such as Google's Home Mini and other similar 'smart' devices that are always on and listening.
