Mergers like this should be prohibited by anti trust regulators. They are anti-competitive. Bigger firms want to buy these smaller firms to control their tech and deny it to their competitors. This should never be permitted in a nation that claims to be dedicated to competitive markets. Wiz should be free to sell its services to any company. If Google wants to use their tech they can pay for it. It should not be exclusively owned by Google.
