That is simply never going to happen. We can't even eliminate racism and discrimination. The efforts made to block the Sound of Freedom demonstrate our ( human race) willingness to hide the worst aspects of human nature.
I believe this will lead to a group called a Master Race. It's very easy to find a carbon copy / doppelganger that resembles any celebrity. What if that person is willing to sell her image for financial gain?
I believe Japan would have it even worse. There are a lot of lookalikes here. Should anyone be able to claim their likeness as intellectual property?
Just eliminate pornography! The solution is that easy! Erase that industry and the problem goes away.

Are the images you form in your imagination available for the rest of the world to see?
Can I assume you will be sticking to your argument if someone you cared about became a victim?

I wouldn't get too upset about it. This is just the beginning, AI will eventually destroy a lot of white collar jobs that women do now.

AI will be something where everyone will have to trust but VERIFY the validity of the source and where it is coming from.

Some savvy women could force an end to deepfake porn in a simple straightforward way. Create AI images of important politicians engaged in sex acts with partners other than their spouses. Depict them in some really kinky and deranged stuff. Be creative. That will focus their attention on the problem at hand.

This AI lark should be a cause for concern to all. Beastly rude images and videos made could cause irreparable harm to a victim. Wonder why so many people, are obsessed with filth these days.
Perhaps it’s time for a ban on all online pornographers to protect the children, the vulnerable and the faint hearted. May seem OTT but at one time drink driving wasn’t a taboo matter and domestic violence was mostly ignored by the authorities.
It’s time for swift action that helps make a safer future for our children and prevent exploitation.
