Over the years, China has been the source of Bird Flu, SARs, Corna-virus, etc. How come ? You'd think that other surrounding developing Countries would more likely be a source of such nasty viruses due to their poor hygiene standards (due to povety)... but Noooo... wonder why ? Lots of the peoples from those Poorer Countries make their ways here to Japan, and elsewhere as cheap labour, so surely some nasty similar diseases would be brought with them... but ... Noo... what's going on ? Is China trying to perfect a Biological weapon to cause chaos in the West at the cost of an acceptable amount of collateral damage at home ? (We've seen how the Chinese Government can close off Cities, Towns, Villages and residences and cart people off - good luck doing that in the West....)
Internet Companies should focus more upon providing Capacity for their local Communities to work from home securely, rather than trying to filter out what one side of the population says is real - whilst another side will say is fake...
