They transport hydrogen, extracted from gas piped directly from liquefied natural gas (LNG) plants, from Brunei in liquefied form at an ambient temperature and pressure.

Sound good, but what happened to the rest of the gas after Hydrogen is extracted ? And the efficiency rate of the extraction? How much energy is needed to make 1KWh?

Adding this numbers, is this really CLEAN?

It will be much better for Japan to make the Hydrogen in Japan from renewable energy which Japan has more then enough of, but will not use for some reason.
