Better face shields would be a very welcome development, used properly (at the same time with a face mask and taking proper care when putting it on and off to avoid contamination) they can become a very good piece of personal protective equipment, but working on a hospital with them becomes frustrating and may increase mistakes because how they prevent having a clear field of vision.
