Japanese suppliers face the year end deadline to commit to moving production from Japan to Korea by Korean OEMs, or they will be cut off.

So there is a mass exodus of Japanese suppliers from Japan in order to survive.

So there is a mass exodus of Japanese suppliers from Japan in order to survive.

"Mass exodus"... CCP China-derived doomsday vocabulary used to sow doubt doesn't work here. It only works in South Korean and Chinese echo chambers.

Reality: To date only three Japanese producers, of which two already have production facilities in South Korea (TOK and KDK), have moved production over to get around the NORMALISED export approval procedures by Japanese customs. This is not "mass exodus".

Try again.

As for JNC, it goes like this:

JNC takes the lion's share of research and development for EL displays (after all, Sony was the first to market EL displays https://www.japantimes.co.jp/news/2007/10/02/news/sony-hopes-organic-el-tvs-put-it-back-on-tech-offensive/)

As for SK Materials:

Use the Japanese R&D to manufacture the EL displays using their access to cheap labour, and use social media to fool the masses into thinking they developed everything in-house, and Japan is no longer a technlogical driving force.

N Japan knowingly gives this kind of chance to SK which later stabs Japan in the back Japan should move their RnD centers to ASEAN nation or Taiwan instead of SK or even Bangladesh n Basu would stop praising SK

My guess is that these Japanese companies know exactly what they are doing, and this will benefit Japan as well as SK. The dinosaurs in the LDP, and Korea haters on this page, are on the wrong page.
