I wouldn’t say ugly, but not stunning, either. Maybe customisation would make it look better - softer-looking fabric, and a headrest would help. Assuming the price is reasonable of course, but it’s my experience that ‘custom’ means ‘expensive’.

Price? Looks a bit ugly, anything over 3万円 is overpriced. I will stick with an eames.
