Twitter will never admit that a large portion of their users are NPC bots.

Rather, it’s likely that the San Francisco-based company is seeking assurances from Musk’s side that this time he’s serious and won’t walk away again.

Musk wants to make Twitter a Chinese style super app.

How that fits into his PR about "free speech" and letting Trump back on is not clear.

Everybody knows twitter won't give Musk control until at least after the mid term election.

The longer Musk is embarrassed, even if the result is the same, is good for him.

Make him squirm for as long as possible.

Some agreements aren't just about the money. There are other intangible aspects that Musk caused and needs to be held accountable over.
