Yes, because North Korea can match the technological abilities, and has the manufacturing lines in place to be a clean switch from China, right?

NK is under sanction - many of the technology components are not allowed to be sent there

From one Communist Country to another.... why not simply go to North Korea ? Labor costs would be almost free, and the Technology transfer of limited use, throw in Free membership and Games for Kim san and it's surely a done deal ? Or why not simply bring back to Japan .... perhaps someone in J-Govt needs to wake up and see why Employment is heading elsewhere, rather than simply bringing the Vietnamese, etc employees here.
