Starting in August, Baidu Yi Xin plans to provide content from Japan on its platform. So Japan decides to punish their own citizens and residents with jail terms yet allows the same companies that would push for punishments to give money to chinese sites known to pirate music, video, games, software by the trillions of yen a year? They need to pass a new law saying any companies working with known IP infringers cannot pursue IP infrigement cases themselves.
