Another scam by the Silicon Valley crowd. The only people who benifit from using bitcoin are the pump-and-dump developers, and criminals.
Considering all the energy it takes to produce this stuff, I can’t believe people take these guys seriously.

China has loads of these bitcoin mining factories as well.
All a massive waste of power. And if bitcoin becomes a popular medium of exchange rather than just a speculative tool, then the energy requirements would be significantly higher.
