Passbook.... it's that feature that sounds awesome but nothing seems to support.

Airline tickets would be a good use case, but even though my airline supposedly supports the feature, there is no documentation anywhere telling me how to get my ticket in there and it certainly isn't obvious how it's supposed to work.

Concert tickets would be another good use case, but all the companies I have seen so far still use those physical paper tickets and force you to pick them up from a konbini.

@randomenigma : Usually when you check into a flight using either the airline app, or Safari on the iPhone there's a button after checkin that says something like "add to passbook" - there's really nothing to figure out, and it's very easy. You just have to check in on your phone.

Concert support does seem to be lagging. But when an event does support Passbook, it's very handy (since Passbook also knows where a pass is supposed to be fore and will help provide you the right pass when you get there).

This happens to everybody I know that have tried an iPhone: yes, they're not perfect, but they're light years ahead of the rest of the smartphone pack. If yoy're running a business that requires a reliable virtual assistant to help you run your business and your personal life, as it is my my case - then the iPhone is the best thing ever created.
