Search youtube for "John Oliver cryptocurrency" for a rundown of how these work and why alt-coins (anything that isn't Bitcoin) is likely a scam. This is an HBO weekly late-night show, so expect adult words. He does a good job explaining the good and bad.

Over 50% of all the cryptocurrencies created last year have failed completely.

The ones that still exist are a bubble.  and so many have already failed it is not funny.  plus the exchanges are all scams also

Maybe. Bitcoin seems to have stabilized quite a bit from it's major drop a couple of months back.

That's just a silly comment. I do overseas transfers using bitcoin all the time, and I haven't even been scammed once. How exactly are these exchanges scamming us?

How do you think could Bitcoin fall now to 3-4K due to Google decision to ban all cryрto and ICO? I see many ideas of traders that think BITCOIN is gona sink... What do you think?

It's very possible. There is no way of knowing if the value has stabilized right now, or is just at a temporary plateau.

I thought I read it somewhere that 40% of bitcoin is owned by about 1000 people. What if those 1000 decided to do pump and dump? Definitely not a good option to invest in.
