Wow, that would be amazing to see. Unlike the stereostopic 3D effect, this sounds like a winner. Using tricks to fool the eye will just end up causing headaches for many people, which is why there is little love for the current 3D movies. That, plus you have to wear glasses, PLUS a premium price cause people to balk at the idea. I think if the cost was similar there would be less backlash.
For me, however, I would probably choose 2D even if the prices were identical simply because of the annoying glasses and eyestrain.

Mmmm.. They must have missed the fact that there was a mobile phone with glass-free 3D out about 3 years ago. I had one of them. The 3D was a novelty but otherwise completely useless.
