Snapcrap app steps in to take on public poop in San Francisco

What a crappy place to live!

By brother in law lives in the downtown Vancouver, which has the same problem. There''s a community of junkies on the street who defecate and toss their garbage on the sidewalks even though there's a public lavatory and litter bins half a block away.

Social workers come by to "chat" but they ignore them and the police decided a long time ago to take a "sympathetic" policy and let the junkies do whatever they want in public.

The city needs Japanese or Singaporean police, who would promptly frogmarch them off to jail for cold turkey treatment, enforced zen discipline and a work camp for many long years.

Maybe there will be a "Crapbook" to follow suite ?
