Personally, I think ALL these carriers suck, I have to find THE perfect carrier in ANY country!

The new company will be a monster of network technologies - Sprint has iDEN, CDMA2000 and WiMAX and T-Mobile have EDGE, UMTS and LTE

Good on ya SoftBank - you shine!

I think a HUGE hurdle for a Softbank-backed Sprint buyout of T-Mobile USA is that Sprint uses CDMA digital cellular, while T-Mobile uses GSM digital cellular. That incompatibility makes the merger cost much higher than normal.

They may have trouble getting permission since a merger between Sprint and T-Mobile would be anti-competitive. SoftBank should know better.

I think you know the answer to that question Elbuda.

Ok, so when can we Softbank in the USA with the same rates as my WHITE PLAN here in Japan??

Let him get on with it. One bad network buying another bad network does not make a good network in either country.

Why not target developing markets?
