The 1700MHz (band 3) LTE frequency eMobile has is usable on the iPhone 5. They don't care one bit about the existing eMobile subscriber base. They want the spectrum for iPhone 5 customers.

so does this mean we will be able to use softbank frequency equipment on emobile networks at some time too ? (3G and/or LTE ?)

Will emobile network support 2100MHz in the future ?

the emobile equipment usually uses 1700MHz, while softbank 2100MHz... until now not a lot of equipment supports 1700MHz unless it's been made for emobile. (as apposed 2100MHz which is very common globally)

Very good news, with their LTE infra, and least subscriber amount - best speeds
