How does it work? How does it connect to the phone? I had assumed from early photos I saw last month it connected via a docking port on the side of the phone but it looks like is not the case.

It can be used with IPhone.

Now it's just getting ridiculous. These jokers push out gizmos - stuff that is not well thought through, just to be different. Well, difference is great, but there has to be some real value behind it all. I watched the commercial for this gizmo. Trendy, thin Euro guy with glasses walks around, making pointless photos, using the lens (which is actually a camera) to take photos in some alley. I doesn't even have to be connected to the smartphone. So why not carry a separate camera, one that would make far better photos.

Nah, give me something useful and I'll buy. Innovate and I'll spend the cash.

Fool? Probably the POOR is much pitiable! Let's face it! You only have LIMITED option for a limited amount of money. And I bet you are a wise person for saving up your cash for the things you MAY think are better. But I think this device is worth it though!

As far as I'm aware(maybe there are more), The only SMART pro camera that is available at the moment is SAMSUNG's Galaxy camera. Which is a nice device. This product is similar in some ways, but much favorable in my opinion. Having THIS CAMERA linked to your SMARTPHONE doesn't just give you the option of capturing photos, instead it becomes SMART! Examples: Use phone's cloud, share photos on facebook, edit photos with apps, integrate with office apps, etc etc. The plain camera just got a makeover! Tell me if there are any other cameras out there that does the same?

Very nice looking phone! I wonder if this phone will be available in U.S... Most Japanese phones don't make it to American Market... :/

I will get one.
