Well let's hope so but forgive us if we try to diversify in the US so it is just China that is held hostage.

TSMC and global chip supply is irrelevant as far as Xi and CCP are concerned; they aren't invading Taiwan to take control of TSMC and if TSMC turns into rubbles in the process of the invasion, so be it.
What matters to Xi and CCP is how much they are ready before the US can re-stock its depleted arms depot and arm Taiwan. Ironically, the time is now for Xi and CCP to invade Taiwan.
