BOOT UP! Not wake up.

Technically, they are not going through a boot strap process, but rather returning to a saved state of a freshly booted system.Somewhat similar to the hibernation process. But from a users stand point there is no real difference, unless new drivers or services where installed, in which case I expect there will be a one time performance hit.
