As someone who has worked for some of the top 50 manufacturers in the world, I can tell you that this automation will not arrive any time soon.

It is too costly and does not have the versatility and adaptability that people do.

This is not speculation, but a direct report from someone who works at the companies who make this automation and also buys automation.

Getting better skills and and education is still a good thing.

Do you need to be super talented? Jack Ma was an English teacher before, Steve Jobs was a college drop out, not everyone needs large capital.

What are you talking about? I know many foreigners who have a business here and I also do business with them.

I do not care what you do, anyone has the advantage to start their own business, if they want to and the mindset.
