Paxton, who faces GOP challengers in his reelection bid this year, is facing a years-old criminal case and a newer FBI investigation.

He pleaded not guilty in a state securities fraud case, which has been stalled since 2015. He has broadly denied wrongdoing in the separate criminal probe launched after his then-top deputies reported him to the FBI in 2020 for alleged bribery and abuse of office.

Paxton needs to take out the plank covering his eye before removing the splinter in someone else's. He needs to clean up his act.

I hear radio announcers on all kinds of radio stations including iHeart stations, but also stodgy all news stations, speaking in radio ads. I always figured it was just something they had to do to keep their jobs as announcers. The station sales staff would look for advertisers to pay the bills and their on-air staff would produce the ads for these customers. I have never assumed the announcer on the ad actually owned the product, especially when it was an expensive car or some resort and casino somewhere. Just an ad. Not sure Mr. Paxton has a case but we will see.

Paxson is under indictment and Federal investigation

That's why I posted what I did above. Paxson needs to shut up before filing these stupid lawsuits and popping off the chops like he is.
