You paid someone to promote something on their feed why would you have to warn people? Politicians dont warn people their messages are advertising for themselves when they post

What a strange comment.

I'm not even going to try to explain why someone promoting something on their social media is different to a political campaign. Feel free to research this subject, it is extensively documented and discussed elsewhere.

I think the biggest risk in reading/watching Twitter and TikTok will make you stupid.

This amounts to just advertising that isn't explicitly labeled as advertising which likely goes on a whole lot on the internet regardless of what the rules maybe.

And when it's coming from certain influencers, one should be at least a little skeptical.
