Mismanagement at the top. Lack of market sense. No long term strategy shared with middle management ... The former CEOs must feel so good about their departure.

A tale of corporate hubris...
I went to the University of Waterloo in the early 2000's and had to walk through the RIM parking lot to get to campus - BMW after Mercedes after lexus after BMW... think I even saw a Ferrari or two. Haven't been back since but one wonders if they are all driving Honda Civics given how bad they lost their opportunities
