So why did Twitter refused to remove the violent and offensive fake photo of the Australian soldier?

HYPOCRITES.

I am no fan of fools posting crap on the net, but these new rules will also limit free speech, the potential for abuse is already with us.

Oh & it appears they forgot gender or is that fair game for ""dehumanization"".........

So will Pres. Obama be prevented from repeating what he said about his grandmother as a "typical white person." Now why do I think not? "Concerned Citizen" is right. The Twitter rulers are hypocrites--and wannabe totalitarians.

In other words, the end of Trumpy's hate tweets..

Twitter will ban Trump

They will. After January 20th, he won't have the Twitter-protected position of POTUS anymore, and when he keeps on tweeting the way he always does, they're going to ban him.

Then all the Losers can go be Losers together on Parler, and spread their conspiracy theories in their own little room where the sane don't have to listen to them.

Sigh, not a fan of censorship, er, "moderation". Let the jerks have their say. The best remedy is a well thought out counter argument and enough education to know nonsense from what is real. Keep media absolved of liability for what users post however. Once a media company loses a big lawsuit over something someone posted on the internet, the whole thing will come to a halt and nobody will be able to post anything any more. I'm surprised there haven't been some big lawsuits already over banned content.

As always, this has nothing to do with racism, and everything to do with cancelling those whose opinions don't follow state guidelines. Adults used to say "sunlight is the best disinfectant". Now its; "Your words are literal violence"

And oh, yes. Trump is a fascist who does fascist things and Im sure even dreams fascist stuff.

Nothing new. Remember the McCarthy era Hollywood Black List? Hundreds of actors, producers, directors and writers were banned from their industry for expressing political beliefs contrary to the popular opinions of the day.
