Sometimes the fastest way to get a response from big companies is to tweet it
Because the tweet is public for everyone to see, they don't want to be embarrassed when a tweet goes viral against them

Hehe yep. For whatever reason, I have always liked twitter (never used/been a FB, instagram & other sm platforms fan). Only follow my favorite news/sports sites and a few ppl (mostly pollies/journos), rarely tweet. Great way to avoid/silence the MSM and all organisations/ppl i don't trust.
