Don't forget the frozen Apples Watches...

Customers should have known better and should have stayed away from Apple's products.

Why? Even with these problems Macs are still better than windows.

Given the amount of product that Apple ships, defects are going to exist. At least they aren’t hiding it like they did with the battery flaws. I still don’t like it when you take your broken device to Apple and they try to upsell you to a new model. Have you even noticed how Apple stores have the “happy floor” where they sell new devices and the “angry” floor” (usually basement - fitting) where they are servicing broken devices?

Apple died with Jobs. Same stuff every year and a crappy watch

Ah, you still whined about Apple when Jobs was around and Windows was busy figuring out new ways to rip off their OS'. And seriously, while these are serious errors, effecting a mere couple of items over the past two years, how on earth can you honestly say Apple is dead -- with record sales -- while Windows and Android have as many errors times 10 in a DAY after releasing the newest operating system a year after the last because no one liked the other one, and which cuts off activation to apps and files under previous OS'?
This is, what? one actual (not your perceived EVERY) problem per 100 on other systems/devices? Oh, and they are offering to fix it for free. How many Windows/Android problems can you say companies do that for -- they are too busy fighting over whose fault it is since all the parts are from different companies.

Well, it only took 3 class-action lawsuits and a petition for Apple to admit that there is a problem with their "butterfly" keyboard on the MacBook and MacBook Pro and finally repair it for free

Apple does hide things. You often have to fight tooth and nail when you notice problems on a device and they'll make you run around in circles to get them fixed to satisfaction.
