Google says 20 U.S. states, territories 'exploring' contact tracing apps

Will never work. People will complain about big brother, while at the same time putting their entire life on Facebook, etc.

Put another way, 20 American states, due to a lack of leadership from Washington, are finally investigating catching up to the rest of the world regarding contact tracing, half a year, and tens of thousands of lives, after the rest of the industrialized world did so.
