Video game industry bucks downturn in U.S.

This makes sense. With millions unemployed and nobody taking applications, people have nothing to do except play video games. The only bad part is that they're probably using their federal unemployment checks to buy the games and systems.

Considering that the used game market is big bucks over there, is that such a bad thing :/

More money spent on games is cool with me.

i guess this is true, all i have been doing is playing street fighter 4 since mid Feb. Wii was always my favorite console, i just broke down and got and xbox to play SF4 online. this ensures my "cute girl" drought to continue.
