A private equity firm would have made 80% of the work force suffer, and micro-manage them until they are all constructively dismissed, yes google it 'constructive dismissal' where you suffer so much you resign, with no severance or benefits.

The average pay was $140,000 which isn't high for IT. Most fired employees will be paid until Jan/Feb. Not saving anything. Advertisers have canceled.
