This will never work in Japan. Buying here is part of the culture.

And I mean the buying of coatches/senseis over the athlets, or children, even from very young age.

Bulying here is everywhere, school, work, sport, etc.

Not disagreeing with what you're saying but you really do need to work on your presentation.

I guess it mostly depends on the definition of bullying. Each country has different standard governed by cultural differences, social norm, patriarchal dominance which is prevalent in more than just most Asian countries...
