Exactly what I said yesterday, as long as the athlets continue to prepare and get vaccined, the Olympics will not be canceled.

@Monty - Yes, Agreed. As you know, I share the same view as you. I think we are at the point of no return now and no country of significance has withdrawn.

BBC and UK reporting for the first time today that the Vaccines ARE reducing transmission - so it does seem very sensible that Athletes come vaccinated.

OK - 2000 Vaccines sounds a lot whilst we are stuck here unable to have one, but its not a lot in the big scheme of things. especially in Australia where community transmission is basically zero.

Olympics are going to be a superb TV spectacle bringing the world back together and showing that we can beat COVID.
