The Olympics are *dedicated to the promotion of physical education**,* not the gathering of wealth.

So the super wealthy are covered. They should stay home.

Agreed @theFu 7:21am. We think with a ‘net worth’ at $750 - $900m, Federer can sit this one out.

*- “On Mon, Serena Williams was undecided, while Japanese stars Naomi Osaka and Kei Nishikori have both(?) raised concerns about whether Tokyo should be hosting the Games at all.” - *

Both? Nishikori openly questions Japan

- “I don’t know what they are thinking and how they are going to make a bubble, because this is not 100 people like these tournaments, It’s 10,000 people in the village. Well, not even (just) Japan. You have to think all over the world right now.” -

Osaka is still trying to ‘straddle the centre line’:

- “At the end of the day I’m just an athlete. If you’re going into the Olympics and whatever, make the host country happy.” -
