Russians top Biles, Americans in gymnastics qualifying

I thought the Russian team was banned from the Olympics? Only unaffiliated athletes are allowed to compete.

Wouldn't be bad if the American team doesn't win Gold.

I don't think Russians should have been allowed to perform as a team - only individual events. The whole Sochi disaster was embarrassing. Right-wing extremists from USA are calling for a boycott of Beijing and yet said nothing about Sochi with all the cheating, human rights abuses and killing of gays. I'm now beginning to wonder who runs the Olympics - the Russians or the Americans?

The slate will be wiped clean, and all teams start from zero again, so don't take anything for granted.

By the way, Biles will never ever surpass Nadia Comăneci..
