What on earth are they going to use to cancel/postpone the Games and still save face?

The COVID-19 outbreak is right in their face, and more than enough of a reason.

What more do they need?

It's become the ridiculous flame.

For heaven's sake... there will be no Olympics this year.

The IOC and Bach thought they could give the usual platitudes and just carry on regardless.

They have been shown to be corrupt imbeciles. Only thinking of money and their own gravy train.

What a sad photo,it reminds me the soviet propaganda ones which people had to pretend to smile in their forced events and with a semi-desert audience.

They'll have the Olympics start right on schedule in the middle of the hot humid summer, the idiots.

There just won't be any spectators and probably a lot of athletes will be no-shows.

That torch will sadly be extinguished soon.

It would be very dangerous to hold an event like the Olympics during a pandemic. A war bonds parade in 1918 showed what can happen. https://www.washingtonpost.com/nation/2020/03/12/pandemic-parade-flu-coronavirus/
