When you feel a deep personal loss at the passing of a man you never met...you know you've encountered a great leader. He was a fine person.

A man is measured not by his material & monetary gains but by his treatment of his fellow man to that end Elijah Cummings was a giant of a man.

Cummings' politics sucked, but he was a decent person.

The Democrats did the exact same thing to Bush when he passed away. But having said that, he definitely was a strong civil rights advocate, fighter and devoted American to his country and party. RIP.

What did Cummings do to improve the lives of people in his district? I ask this because the situation for most people in his district has gotten worse, not better.
