How does tipping work here

If I could pay my rent with sex, I may very well do so.
But so would so many guys, that it essentially devalues the commodity through oversupply.

Now this is an interesting situation.
Charities have highlighted a rise in online adverts offering rent-free accommodation in exchange for sexual favors.
Is it rent free if labor has been exchanged for the rental space?
If the landlord asks for labor instead of rent and the legitimate rate was paid, would that be exploitation?
Prostitution is legal in the U,K and is therefore a form of labor.

Data on the prevalence of sex for rent is scarce. With limited awareness of the issue, as well as legal ambiguities that mean victims could face prostitution charges, abuses often go unreported and unpunished, housing experts said.
So if the act of asking for labor (sex) repugnant, wouldn't asking for other labor ( dig out sewage a ditch) also be disgusting.
I don't know.

This is sure to lead to other diseases as well. Absolutely repulsive, immoral and disgusting.

So landlords get to "screw" renters twice over?! High time to put the screws on the rentier class in the post-corona brave new world of capitalism that must surely be dawning.
