It's ironic that the party of so called "independent, rugged individualists" is actually comprised of boot licking sheep who want nothing more than to be lead by a dictator.

The republican party, ladies and gentlemen, is now complete. White nationalists, accused pedophiles running for office, domestic abusers, racists and bigots, homophobes, men who beat up reporters. Did I miss anyone?

Did I miss anyone?

Grifters, grafters, and pimps.

You have a pretty viscous GOP bubble now. The centralization of their media, where an astoundingly high number of conservatives get their news from an astoundingly low number of news outlets, makes it easy to create their own reality. If anyone steps out of line, Trump will attack, and their media will follow suit.

It’s now a test to see who will play ball in their little Westworld. Gowdy, someone who went overboard on Benghazi, decided to say there was no evidence of the FBI acting inappropriately in the made up Spygate garbage, saw it when his party started to turn on him. All he had to do was say anything that vaguely supported Trump’s statements and the bubble would have protected him. That’s where his voters are, and he is safe saying anything he wants.

But he decided to tell the truth and now has to pay the price.

My guess is that the retiring Republicans are the ones who aren’t interested in playing the game, even if they can get away with murder in the bubble, which they can. Trump and the right wing media can make up whatever they want without consequence.

Go along with it, retire, or be smeared.

Ha! And coming from the supporters of a President who presided over lemmings that would give their very life up for the progressive cause.

Wait, so most of the wealthiest liberals are White, Democrat, racist, use race for political game, undermining the political system, weaponizing the intelligence agencies as side lapdogs, supporting racist, socialist policies that keep minorities down, but claim they care about the downtrodden, continuously put party before the middle class, losing over 1000 legislative seats, gain power to them lose it almost always after two years of implementing radical policies that don’t help the average American or economy, just the party. By the way, besides wanting to impeach Trump, what’s the Democratic message? Do they even have one?

Then so are the conservatives. Most of the wealthiest conservatives are White.

Maybe something to do with the demographics of the country. 72.4% are whites

Ok, but I was talking from influence in social media. All White, all influential, all progressive.

Jeff Bezos

Tim Cook

Larry Page

Marissa Mayer

Jack Dorsey

Evan Spiegel

Mark Zuckenberg

And all presiding over the social media world, where indoctrination rule supreme.

I haven't seen CNN or Fox News in 8+ yrs, since we dropped CATV. I don't listen to political radio, unless PBS counts. Political reporting became too nasty. Some of the comments on JT are over the line too, BTW.

Independent, rugged, individuals are libertarians. Sadly, libertarians cannot be elected to national office in the USA. Too much personal responsibility for the other parties.

Moderate Republicans learned in the early 1990s, never split the vote, so we got Trump. The Clinton's taught us that.

Google has lots of social networks, BTW. Google groups, Google+, Google Hangouts ... there are more. Odd thing though - none of upper google management uses these things. Wonder why not?
