'Singh' is generally a surname for the Sikh religion.
Singh can be a Hindu surname also but 'Kaur' is the surname of females in Sikhs.
The family were immigrants from Hoshiarpur, Punjab. A large number of people from Jalandhar, Hoshiarpur, Kapurthala, and Nawanshahr (Doab region i.e. the NRI belt) of Punjab have settled abroad.
Any Sikh driving a truck or a cab in Canada, US or Australia would have family ties to the Doab region of Punjab.

California is the leader in radical progressive policies and has some of the most radical DAs in the nation, that are unwilling to prosecute serious crime, I wouldn't be surprised if the guy were released very soon.

'Singh' is generally a surname for the Sikh religion. The victims were all ethnic India people of some sort. I wonder if this is a hate crime. That is something that needs to be considered.
Ethnicity being a factor or not, this is a hideous inexcusable crime and the perpretrator must be punished for all the crimes he committed.
It's even worse that this occurred in the San Francisco area. crimes like this are not very common around there, except in Oakland. And Salgado should've never been released or paroled in the first place, I hope he never gets out of prison now.

How horrible! HOW HORRIBLE!!
When captured, the criminal must be sentenced to the total of the life times of those he kidnapped and murdered, in a small cage with no sanitation.

WA4TKG...
You mean execute him? You could have offered Texas. Or do you think the victims were Muslim? With the name Singh they were most likely Hindu or Sikh. How ever, you are correct about the lack of mercy.
WA4TKG
Do with him what they would in Iran or some other Islamic country, no mercy.

The connection between agricultural chemicals and insanity is unclear. This man seems a perfect specimen to examine - minutely (even if that means dissecting his brain).

Best to actually read the article before punching away at the keyboard.
