What a load of BS! Kim has always been powerful in his country, no challengers except for within, opposition that he can neutralize at anytime, but the main thing is, Kim won’t get sanction relief and unless that happens expect Kim to continue his whiny baby antics.

That’s not entirely true. China knows that it can be a very serious political and economical risk for them if they do get involved, though that Kim only goes so far, but China needs to US as much as the US needs China and they’re not going to go full in for North Korea if they know that would totally destabilize their relationship with the US as well as the region and the same goes for Russia who is in an even worse position geopolitically and economically. This is why Kim is only going to go so far, we just have to deal with his insignificant rhetoric.
