Flotation devices are not a joke

This is so terrible! I could understand if there was a flash flood. Too many parents lost their children. The school should of had better safety measures and training for the students in the as well. Apparantly the riverbank was slippery enough, but the students should not have been that close to the bank in the first place.

Kids fall into rivers everyday, it’s a foreseeable hazard. On the face of it, this appears to be an avoidable tragedy.
