11 states sue over Obama's school transgender directive

This poor level headed 14 year olds may not be able to use the opposite locker room now. But aren't 14 year olds lacking good judgement? I sure did. When I was 14 I thought I knew it all 'in my mind', turns out I didn't know squat! Some 22 year olds are still trying to figure out "life".

Good old Texas and other states -- backwards as ever.

There are hundreds of thousands, perhaps a million or more cases yearly of actual child assault and neglect in these 11 states, and exactly 0 cases of transgender individuals assaulting someone in a public restroom. Misplaced priorities?

It's not the gender confused who will be the problem. It is the perverts claiming to be confused who will be the problem. They now have the green light to invade a woman's privacy. I want protection for women, I could care less if a women comes into a restroom when I am there.

This is a psychological issue not biological therefore should be solved in a shrink's office not in the operating room. I wonder how many people are having this problem because their parent(s) wanted a different gendered child. In any case I don't care about them and don't want their problems shoved into my face on a daily base.

so Texas is willing to turn down billions in federal funding for education over this bathroom issue? They're willing to sacrifice educational quality and opportunities for children who have no say in this process all because of their own insecurities? 'Merica yeah.

And you don't have to. Texas is about to sue the Federal government with a bunch of other states to block this law from taking affect. The law is seen as unconstitutional and the States should not be forced to have to do something in order to be politically correct because liberals want to use schools and restrooms as their experimental Guinea pig.

It asks a North Texas federal court to declare the directive unlawful in what ranks among the most coordinated and visible legal challenges by states over the socially divisive issue of bathroom rights for transgender persons.

The Obama administration has “conspired to turn workplace and educational settings across the country into laboratories for a massive social experiment, flouting the democratic process, and running roughshod over commonsense policies protecting children and basic privacy rights,” the lawsuit reads.*

The looney left think it's an obsession. If 10 States and thousands of people are flat out saying "NO" that should be a god indicator that the vast majority of Americans are NOT in favor of this bill and good on them for standing up to Washington and having guts to these clueless people.
